  This store has some great people in it usually.. But I think they were on there period today... 2 separate staff members were in the most average moods so I just gave up... Gave me the wrong info to.

  Linda @ JB HiFi made changing phone plans a breeze. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking to switch to Telstra. Plus they love having dogs in the store!

  Appalling attitude from tattooed morons who act like they are doing you a favor by serving you, a real slice of " I don't really give a sh##" service that is increasingly common in this country.. I went somewhere else, paid a bit more but was got 100% satisfaction.. Will never shop there again.

  Small store and very cramped in some areas. They fit a pretty great range within the space though. Staff were easy going but not as fun as other JB's
