  I love this shop. If every business in Melbourne would have customer service like Pets' wonderland life would be better. Staff are knowledgeable, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

  How is this place still in business, tanks are always empty and there’s barely any new stock. Few fishes wouldn’t buy any from there.

  I can verify that their customer service was poor. What the other customers said about their disastrous experience must be true. I was just having a look at the puppies one afternoon, when the shop owner asked me to move over (but in the tone of f off) so that she could put something down. This was like 4 years ago and I still remember it and feel I had to write a review. BAD BAD BAD. I ended up adopting 2 cats from a shelter in North Melbourne. They are now 4 years old and very healthy.
