  Had booked my puppys first grooming. Got a call a week early to confirm the appointment on the wrong day. When I did attend my correct confirmed appointment, he sent me away to wait 30min. When I picked up my puppy, he told me her fur was matted but didn't ask what we've been doing or give any advice. Nails weren't clipped and fringe has been hacked at and not neatly trimmed. Overall grooming wasn't that great.
